Palu, October 8, 2025 — In order to improve the readiness of international flight services, Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri International Airport in Palu held a Coordination Meeting with the Directorate General of Immigration-Immigration Checkpoint (DIT-TPI). This activity is an important step towards the operational readiness of the airport as an international air gateway in Central Sulawesi.
The meeting was attended by the Head of Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri International Airport, Mr. Prasetiyohadi, S.T., S.H., M.H., accompanied by the Head of Security and Emergency Services, Mr. Rasud Muhamad, S.H., and the Head of Engineering and Operations, Mr. Winariyanto, S.E.
Meanwhile, from the Directorate General of Immigration-Immigration Checkpoint (DIT-TPI), representatives from the Directorate General of Immigration, Mr. Fierman Hadinanta and his team, were present to provide technical explanations regarding the latest immigration service policies at international airports.
During the meeting, various important aspects that support the readiness of immigration services and international inspections were discussed, including:
- The availability and readiness of autogates in the international arrival and departure areas to speed up the inspection process for foreign travelers and Indonesian citizens.
- The arrangement of immigration inspection rooms that are user-friendly and meet passenger security and privacy standards.
- Integration of network systems and data connectivity between the airport and the Directorate General of Immigration’s data center to facilitate real-time verification processes.
- Passenger flow coordination to ensure that the inspection process runs in an orderly, efficient manner and in accordance with international service standards.
In addition, the discussion also covered the implementation of the “All Indonesia Immigration Checkpoint” digital application, an innovation from the Directorate General of Immigration designed to improve the efficiency of public services at all immigration checkpoints in Indonesia.
The All Indonesia application integrates four reporting systems from ministries/agencies, namely Satu Sehat (Ministry of Health), E-Customs Declaration (Customs), Arrival Card (Immigration), and Quarantine. With 33 fields to fill in, this application only takes about 2 minutes and 33 seconds, which is much faster than the previous manual method that took up to 10 minutes.
This application can be accessed through the official website or downloaded from the Playstore and Appstore, and is valid for Indonesian citizens, foreign nationals, and aircraft crew. One account can be used to fill in data for up to 10 people, and the form can be filled in up to 3 days before departure. For citizens subject to BVK (Visa-Free Visit), after filling in All Indonesia, users can immediately pass through the autogate without additional manual checks.
Through this coordination meeting, Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri International Airport and the Directorate General of Immigration -Immigration Checkpoint (DIT-TPI) committed to strengthening synergy in achieving fast, modern, and globally standardized immigration services, in line with Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport’s vision to become an excellent and integrity-driven international airport.
“This collaboration with Immigration is crucial in ensuring the readiness of international services operates optimally, thereby providing convenience and comfort for all aviation service users,” said Airport Director Prasetiyohadi at the end of the meeting.
